What is somatic life coaching?
Somatic life coaching is a holistic, body-based approach to traditional life coaching. Instead of focusing only on thoughts and goals, we also explore the sensations, emotions, and stored stress patterns that shape your experience.
This deeper awareness allows us to unwind old stories, shift ingrained behaviors, and cultivate new patterns of safety, connection, and belonging that ultimately connect us to our most authentic self.
