As we saw yesterday, attachment is released by internalizing the knowledge that you are enough. Everything outside of you is excess. All that you need, you already have. Because you already are.
Explore this. Pull out your journal, and set a timer for 7 minutes. In what ways are you enough? How does it feel to know that you are enough? How does it feel to let go?
