Over the course of 30 days, you’ll be led through a powerful inner journey that invites you to confront questions you may have never dared to ask. You’ll move from feeling stuck and afraid into a space of grounded courage and embodied power. With just 10–20 minutes a day, you’ll engage in transformative practices such as guided meditation, movement, and journaling. These tools will help you meet your fear face-to-face — and win.

Control
Explore the illusion of control in how it comforts us, how it confines us, and what happens when we let it go. Through grounding practices, you’ll begin to relax into your body and rediscover freedom in surrender.
Attachment
Uncover the hidden attachments you hold to people, identities, and outcomes. Learn to release these ties with compassion, creating space to feel whole, rooted, and safe within yourself.
Fear
Move through fear, not by pushing it away, but by facing it directly. This module offers somatic tools and guided meditations to help you meet fear with presence and emerge stronger on the other side.
Courage
Ignite your inner fire with practices that build self-trust and embodied confidence. Discover how courage isn’t the absence of fear, but the choice to move anyway from a place of inner safety.
Embodiment
Bring it all home. This final module helps you integrate your growth by living fully in your body, your truth, and your light. Let your courage shape how you show up in your life, your choices, and your energy.
My story
I used to live in fear. Fear of failure, of solitude, of disappointing the people who loved me. Because of my fear, I was stuck in the 9-5 grind, doing work that didn’t light me up inside. I was miserable.
However, my fear silenced the part of me that screamed, This is not what I want!
I suffered from severe decision paralysis in everything that I did — and the decisions that I did make for myself, I made because of what I thought others would think.
Then one day, it hit me. Why am I living my life for other people? I thought. I should be living for no-one but myself.
So I quit my job, dropped out of law school, and became a full-time, broke ass yoga teacher.
And I was happier than ever.
Why? Because it was the first decision I made for myself. My fears no longer controlled me. I no longer let them.
This transformation didn’t happen overnight. It took months — rather, years — of reflection, meditation, and somatic work.
But listen; I spent so long on my own healing so that you don’t have to. I’ve compiled all of my best, most effective practices that I learned on my years-long journey into this single, 30-day course.
