Back to: Day 30 – Conclusion
Congratulations! This portion of your journey has come to an end, although it’s far from over. Courage is a practice. It’s something you must work with every day. The practices in this course can be beneficial to you an infinite number of times, so I encourage you to continue using your favorites as you find you need them. Watch the concluding video if you haven’t already, and you’ll find some final resources below:
Final journal prompt:
Note: This journal prompt can be answered in two ways: 1. As a form of reflection. You can talk about any actual changes you’ve noticed since the beginning of the course; or 2. As a form of manifestation. You can talk about changes you imagine in yourself when you fully embody your courage. (You can also answer twice, once for each way.)
What does embodied courage look like on you? What color is it? In what ways does your behavior change? What feels different in your body? Is there less tension, are your shoulders back, is your skin bright? Has there been a change in your day-to-day mindset? Has there been a difference in your energy? 10 minutes.
