Now you’ve released your attachments because you’ve realized that everything you need, you already have inside of you.
Everything else is excess – it’s ABUNDANCE.
Abundance means: Not only are you enough; you’re more than enough.
You have an excess of all the things: resources, love, community, and so on.
Abundance is a feeling. And by feeling abundant, you attract more abundance. You overcome the fear of losing the things you’re attached to, because you know deep down that you already have more than enough.
Take out your journal. Think of all the things you have that help you feel safe. A house, access to food, a strong community. For each one, write down, “I have an abundance of _____.” Or “I am abundant in _____.”
When you’re finished, read each one aloud to yourself three times. Place your hands over your heart as you do so to seal it in.
