Back to: Day 3 – Movement
Let’s do a movement practice. Find a space big enough to do yoga, where no one will see or bother you.
You’re going to do a completely unguided, free, creative movement practice. It can be yoga, or dancing, or a combination, or neither. Any movement will do.
Don’t worry about doing the same thing on both sides – just follow your body. Let your mind relax, and release control!
If you don’t know where to start, you can start in a tabletop position and do some cat/cows, or from standing and do some arm swings, and go from there.

Otherwise, you’re welcome to use your own music!
Set a timer for 15 minutes, and allow the music to guide your movements.
