Welcome! And congratulations on taking this step in overcoming your fears.
This video provides an introduction and a meditation practice to initiate the course.
Here are some recommended guidelines so that you get the most out of this course:
When receiving the content of this course, try to be by yourself. This way you are neither receiving any signals from people around you nor sending them out.
Do your best to make time to do this every day, without missing a lot of days in a row. This course is designed to slowly drop you deeper and deeper into your fear, and then lift you back out. You’re welcome to repeat a particularly meaningful practice several days in a row, if you feel called to. Keep in mind that taking long breaks (multiple days) in between sessions will make the course less effective.
Take care of your nervous system – for the duration of this journey, you may feel more fragile than normal. That’s okay! Allow yourself space to feel, to process, and to heal. Go to bed early, make tea, journal, create art, do a face mask, watch a soppy movie, etc. However you can wind down and relax is great!
